To all our clients and investee companies, After 20 years, Virtus Capital has decided to cease operations in the realm of Private Equity and Venture Capital. Over the years, we have supported numerous startups and established corporations, walking alongside them and helping them achieve their goals—a mission we have been proud to serve. To our existing portfolio companies, we look forward to continuing the journey with you until your visions are fully realised. To potential companies and startups, we hope you are able to find your legacy investors elsewhere. Over the past two decades, Virtus has also been proud to support the construction of more than 15 schools in developing nations, including Indonesia, Myanmar, India, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, and the Philippines, through its charitable division. This initiative has enabled the education of over 1,500 children and will continue through private sponsorship. Thank you to all the remarkable people we have worked with and met over the years.
